As a food stylist, writer, author, broadcaster and food consultant I have a wonderful client list including, Olive, Delicious, Sainsbury's, Sunday Times Style, DM Weekend, Weight Watchers, Seven publishing and Red.

 

Prior to my freelance career I was Food and Wine Editor at Woman and Home Magazine, Essentials, Family Circle and BBC Vegetarian Good Food. I am currently Food Editor at Candis Magazine.

 

My food styling has appeared on Waitrose, M&S and Thorntons packaging as well as in major ATL Ad campaigns.

 

My first book The Weekend Cookbook was published by Michael Joseph and received great reviews across the board including Book of the Week in The Telegraph.

I'm an experienced recipe writer and tester and am fully able to meet in-house style requirements or implement new formats where needed.

 

I have a regular weekly slot on BBC Radio Tees and often contribute to current news features as their food expert.

 

I currently offer my food consultancy services to major publishing groups and magazines working alongside clients and in-house design and food teams to improve and develop food content and working practices.
